Your personal information that we collect for Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs) includes your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. This information is sent directly to the publisher and is then permanently deleted after each tour. For our newsletters, we collect email addresses. The personal information collected for both ARCs and newsletters is not sold to third party entities, nor is it shared with anyone outside of the Toppling Stacks Tours team.
If your personal information will be needed for other purposes beyond sending you an ARC or a newsletter (i.e. sending pre-order incentives or giveaways exclusive to blog tour hosts, etc.), you will be sent an email beforehand. If you choose to opt out, please respond to that email within 72 hours so items are not sent accidentally.
